At SMP Fashion, every order is prepared with care and intention. Below you’ll find details about our shipping process, both within the United States and internationally.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

During peak periods such as Ramadan, Eid, and pop-up seasons, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship:

  • Within the United States
  • Internationally to select countries

Available shipping destinations and rates will appear at checkout.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • destination
  • package weight and size

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

International Orders

  • International Standard Shipping: 7–21 business days
  • Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and local postal services.

Please note that international delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in your order total.
  • These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

SMP Fashion does not have control over these fees and cannot predict their cost.


Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking availability may vary for international orders depending on the carrier and destination.

If you do not see the email, please check your spam or promotions folder.


Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

SMP Fashion is not responsible for:

  • delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received

If an issue occurs, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • photos (if applicable)

Each case is reviewed carefully and fairly.


Pre-Orders

Some SMP pieces are offered as pre-orders to ensure thoughtful production and reduced waste.

What pre-order means:

  • Your item is not ready to ship immediately
  • It is produced or prepared after your order is placed
  • This allows us to maintain quality, intention, and ethical pacing

Pre-Order Processing Time

Pre-order items typically ship within 3–6 weeks, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Estimated timelines will always be shared clearly in the product description.


Orders Containing Pre-Order Items

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items:

  • The entire order will ship together once the pre-order item is ready
  • If you prefer separate shipments, please place separate orders
